Everis Portugal has just launched Blockchain Challenge for solutions in Human Resources in partnership with Portuguese Alliance of Blockchain

The consulting and outsourcing company challenges Startups and academic audiences to come up with innovative designs on Blockchain technology.

The Portuguese Alliance of Blockchain announces that registrations are open for participation in the Blockchain Challenge launched by multinational consultancy and outsourcing, everis Portugal. Applicants should submit solutions to the Recruitment and Selection process, and should answer the question: "How can we use Blockchain in the process of recruiting human resources for a company?".

This challenge aims to automate the process of hiring human resources for a company, and among the requirements is the guarantee that the certificates and courses of the participant presented in the curriculum are legitimate, the signature of the contract between employee and employer is automated through the digital signature and the creation of work insurance between employer and insurer is done instantly. The initiative is part of Challenges launched annually by the Portuguese Alliance of Blockchain, with the aim of stimulating knowledge and development of technology in the Portuguese market. The challenge is for technology startups and the academic public. After the evaluation, mentoring and selection stages, the winning project will take part in the Blockchain National Conference, to be held in November 2019 in Lisbon, and gaining great visibility and projection to the market. The Challenge is open to submission of applications until April 11, and registration must be done by completing the form available on the Alliance website.
