Bill Clinton: "Blockchain's possibilities are incredibly big"

Former United States President Bill Clinton said at Ripple's annual conference that the "everything that is part of Blockchain only has potential because it is applicable across national boundaries and income groups".

Following a keynote at the event, Clinton talked to Gene Sperling, who was his economic advisor from 1996 to 2001, and together covered a range of topics from foreign policy and cultural issues to Blockchain and crypto-coins and banking.

In this conversation with Sperling, Clint stated that "everything that is part of Blockchain only has potential because it is applicable across national boundaries and income groups. The permutations and possibilities are incredibly large."

While Clinton recognizes the potential of disruptive technologies such as Blockchain, the former president insisted that economic and social policy "works best as positive sum games."
