With  the aim of presenting a White Paper of the Government, with concrete proposals for the dissemination of knowledge about DLT (Distributed Ledger Technologies) in Portugal, clarification of the applicable legislative framework and possible regulation, the Portuguese Blockchain Alliance, in partnership with the most renowed law firms in the country,  created the Legal Adviser Board. In its periodic meetings, positions are discussed regarding the potential and contributions of Blockchain to economic development in the various areas and topics related to this technological paradigm.
